Terms of sale

1. Seller

This website is operated by Ventilya, a sole proprietorship owned by Thomas Hurel-Ottomani, registered in France under SIRET 93257193800012, VAT number FR19932571938, with its registered address at 15 Boulevard des Chênes, 13009 Marseille, France.

2. Where We Sell

Ventilya sells and ships to addresses in the United States only. We do not currently sell to any other country.

3. Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). The price shown on the product page is the price charged at checkout. Shipping is free, so no shipping charge is added. No sales tax is added at checkout. All import duties and taxes are paid by Ventilya, so no additional charge is due on delivery.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and a confirmation email has been sent. Ventilya may decline an order if the product is unavailable or if the order cannot be verified.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the order. The accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch, for a total of 4-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Ventilya accepts returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions set out in the Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Cancellation

An order can be cancelled at no cost as long as it has not been dispatched.

9. Product Information

Product descriptions, dimensions and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration and colours may vary depending on your screen.

10. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery by email with photographs. Ventilya will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to the customer, as set out in the Return and Refund Policy.

11. Liability

Ventilya is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions or other events outside its control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law, which is the law of the seller's place of establishment. This does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
