SHIPPING

Total delivery time is between 4 and 7 business days, including:
• A processing time of 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation;

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number within 72 hours, please contact us at contact@ventilya.com. Our customer service team will promptly provide you with your tracking information.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
Refunds are processed within approximately 7 to 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
