Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 30 days from the date your package is received to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, with no reason required.

For a return to be accepted:
● The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
● The product must be in new condition to allow for resale.
● The purchase invoice must be included in the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged package or an item with a defect, you may request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@ventilya.com and include photos of the issue to help us process your request.

Return Process

For any request, please write to us at contact@ventilya.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the products must be sent back to the address provided by email.

Refund

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary from 7 to 14 business days depending on your financial institution.
