You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and free from damage caused after delivery, with all original parts, accessories and packaging included.
Email contact@ventilya.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address before you ship the item. Returns sent without a confirmed return address cannot be processed.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases Ventilya pays the return shipping cost.
Shipping is free on every order, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery by email, including photographs of the item and of the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The date the refund appears on your statement depends on your payment provider.
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not been dispatched. Email contact@ventilya.com as soon as possible.
